HELP US! If you are able to offer your services as a volunteer to help us tackle isolation and loneliness after the Coronavirus Pandemic Lockdown, please CONTACT US

we will re-open when it is safe to do so.

(we will take advice from the NHS and Government)

Regrettably due to the Coronavirus Pandemic we have made the decision to temporarily cancel our club sessions at Uplowman and Burlescombe. Our club members are in the high risk category and we have taken the sensible decision to temporarily close in order to shield our members, as per the government/NHS guidelines. This is a painful decision as we work so hard to tackle loneliness and isolation. However we will continue to help our club members by keeping in touch remotely and via conference calls. These next few weeks will highlight to everyone the importance of supporting those who are isolated and we hope that once this pandemic has cleared that our work will be understood more fully and perhaps more people will join us to help tackle loneliness and isolation among older people in Mid Devon and the Wellington District.
